Everything you need to know before your ride.
Single-rider ATV is $100. Double-rider ATV (up to 2 riders) is $150. The 4-seater UTV is $350 per vehicle. Pricing is per ATV, not per person. A $20 reservation fee per ATV is required to book — that counts toward your total balance, which is paid in cash on arrival.
Every booking includes a 1-hour guided tour led by trained staff. Free photos and videos taken during the ride (yours in exchange for leaving a review). 1,000 acres of off-road terrain — mud holes, forest trails, beach sections.
No experience needed. Every rider completes a quick training course before the tour to learn driving basics and trail rules.
Closed-toe shoes recommended but slides, sandals, and Crocs are allowed. Sunglasses, sunscreen, and comfortable outdoor clothing. We sell goggles ($20), ski masks ($10), and ponchos on-site.
Book online at htownatvrentals.org or call (832) 228-5929. Reservations only — no walk-ins. A $20 reservation fee per ATV locks in your time; the remaining balance is paid in cash at the park.
Arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour before your scheduled tour. That gives us time for waivers and the safety/training course. Late arrivals (less than 45 minutes before tour time) are charged a $20 late fee per ATV — the booking manager will decide whether to keep or reschedule the reservation.
Cancel 48+ hours before your tour for a full refund of the reservation deposit. Less than 48 hours notice means the $20 reservation fee per ATV is forfeited.
Yes — 24+ hours notice is free. Less than 24 hours and the $20 reservation deposit per ATV is forfeited. Call or text with your reservation name, original date/time, and new preferred date/time.
ATVs have a 400 lb weight limit. Up to 2 riders per ATV. The 4-seater UTV (Honda Talon) holds up to 4 passengers.
Drivers must be 12+. No age limit for passengers. Waiver signers must be 18+. No driver's license required, but we hold a valid ID at check-in as collateral (returned after the tour). Photo of ID on phone is accepted — phone is held instead.
Yes — book 5 or more ATVs and save $10 off per ATV. Active military gets $10 off per vehicle with valid ID. Both apply at check-in.
Yes. The Night ATV Glow Tour runs after dark — same 1-hour guided format with neon glow gear and night-trail experience. Same pricing as the day tour: $100 single rider / $150 double.
Tours run rain or shine — rain just makes the trails muddier and more fun. Tours are only rescheduled if lightning is present.
